Dusty Roads Ranch - a KC Outdoor PHotography Studio

Send us an email if you are interested in renting the ranch for a photo shoot or a certain area for up to 4 hours for mini sessions.

Normal Rates: $25/hour for use of all two areas of our outdoor studio. We may have up to 2-3 photographers using the ranch at a particular time. 2 hour minimum.

Rates for Mini Sessions are $20 per 20 min session and are for 1 area of the ranch, with a two hour minimum. Photographer and Clients must follow our rules and sign our waiver that is available to the right as you enter our white glass door she shed. Our Rules:

Photographer(s), Assistant(s), and all clients regardless of age must follow the below rules:

~  A liability waiver MUST be signed by photographer and a separate one for clients/families and they are located on the clipboard in the glass building near the carriage area.

~ DO NOT PICK or damage the flowers. Please only use pathways already in the fields.

~ You acknowledge that there is NOT a public restroom and the closest is at Caseys or Berts on Hwy 33,

~ All cars must be parked in the gravel drive, close to the back building.

~ Report any non working or damaged props in the field immediately.

~ Do not enter our indoor studio or Large Building!

~ Bug spray is encouraged prior to your session and is NOT provided by Dusty Roads Ranch,

~ No Dogs or other animals may be brought to our ranch for photo sessions.

~ There may be other photographers using our outdoor studio at the same time, it is expected that you will be courteous and respectful of their sessions,

~ If you do not use all of the time that you booked, no refunds will be given for unused time,

~ If you go over more than 15 mins of the time you booked, you can Venmo $25 to Tammy-Mallett-1 (2 L's and 2 T's) for up to 30 mins time then $25 for every 30 minutes after that, and

~ No cake smashes, glitter, smoke bombs allowed at Dusty Ranch Roads.

~ FULL fees including deposit and balance must be PAID PRIOR to your session…. so either VENMO, check, or Cash when you arrive and before you start shooting!

Yurt

Full size Yurt is available for your rental. It includes an antique couch, an egg chair, a queen size air mattress, and another seasonal prop. The decor is changed by the season.

Glass 10 x 10 set up

A “she shed” of sorts with decor changed by the season. See our Instagram for current set up. The French doors open to the west where we love to capture the sunset. There is also a little porch facing the flower fields and sunset.

Flower Field Swing

In Spring and Fall this swing is in our front flower field surrounded by zinnias, sunflowers, and other wild Flowers
